Geometry provenance
The file brain.bin preserves the atlas coordinates, triangles, network labels,
lobe labels, curvature and hemisphere labels embedded in:
https://academiatdah.com/cerebro-3d (retrieved 2026-09-09).
The original gzip/base64 container was decoded into its binary representation.
No anatomical vertices were changed. Rendering, interaction and educational
copy were rewritten. Pituitary and pineal meshes are schematic markers.
Original provenance statements identify Yeo/CBIG cortical networks and
LooseCerebellumMask as MIT; Harvard–Oxford as CC BY-SA 4.0; additional masks
as FreeSurfer derived. We have not independently revalidated segmentation.
